Keep casseroles crispy

The best part of a casserole is its golden cheesy topping. To keep it crispy after cooked, place a paper towel over the top of the dish before wrapping it in foil. The condensation from the hot pasta will be absorbed by the towel, instead of forming on the foil and dripping back onto the dish making it soggy.
