Cleaning an electric grill

To clean burnt-on grease and food bits from your electric grill, first unplug the appliance. Then place a few dampened paper towels in between the metal plates, while it is still warm, and close the lid. This will create steam that loosens residues and, after the grill cools, you just need to swipe it with a clean paper towel.
