Fluffy quinoa
To accomplish fluffy quinoa: 1) bring a large pot of salted water to a boil; 2) rinse the quinoa well under cool water; 3) add grain to the boiling water, cooking for about 7 minutes (al dente point), and then strain it; 4) add an inch of water to the pot, set the strainer (with quinoa in it) inside the pot (quinoa cannot touch the water!), cover with a dish towel and the pot’s lid, and steam in high heat for about 4 minutes or until the quinoa is tender; 5) move cooked grain into a bowl, fluff it up with a fork and use as desired.
