Small scratch in car’s paint

When the mark is too small to take the car to a body shop, dip the tip of a straightened paper clip into matching touch-up paint and apply to the center of the scratch. The paint will spread to the edges of the mark, covering the damage. Using a paintbrush can result in an unwanted glob-like application.
