Cold is making you feel terrible

Bring 2 cloves of garlic and a cinnamon stick together to a boil. On the side, squeeze 1 lemon into a cup and add 1tbsp of honey. When the tea is ready, mix everything together and drink as hot as possible, preferably before going to bed. Garlic is a natural antibiotic, making the body more resistant to illness.
